Join Alex of Mama in the Makin’ for a fun and informational evening where she will chat all about the “super” foods that you likely already have in your kitchen that are wonderful for the postpartum period and beyond.  It is essential that women, especially mothers, nourish themselves with quality nutrition and self-care in order to feel their best and care for their families.  Wellness is a journey, not a destination!  Alex will answer your questions about postpartum nutrition and provide simple, actionable tips for living a healthier lifestyle with your family.

While the class was created with mamas in mind, we invite anyone to attend these sessions – all are welcome, partners too!


Alexandra Cenname, CHC | Holistic Health Coach

Alexandra is a Certified Health Coach, specializing in personal health coaching for pregnant women as well as those trying to conceive and women postpartum.

She believes in an individualized approach to health and wellness and recognizes that what works best for one client may not work for another.  She founded Mama In The Makin’ in 2016 because she believes every woman can have a healthy pregnancy and achieve the birth experience that she wants with the proper education, encouragement, and empowerment.  Her goal is to support you on your journey and transformation into motherhood with the right tools and resources, support and all the love.
