Join Georgianne Ginder, practitioner of holistic medicine, to investigate how illness (including chronic) involving stress & strain, anxiousness & imbalance of the garden-variety, can be addressed by nutritional changes, meditation, conversation, & awareness.

Taking care of one’s health using common sense, wisdom & adjusting to ‘all the information’ is imperative, as is remembering that ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL.

This talk will touch on the history of stress & anxiety in our culture, different culturally-appropriate strategies, the important role of nutrition in alleviating chronic stress, & much more.  You will leave with a deeper understanding of the root cause of anxiety as well as tools to improve your mind-body connection, including a guided meditation.
