Intuitive Eating Workshop with Michelle Kabler

Wednesday, August 2nd / 6:00 to 7:30PM

Do you ever think you “should” or “shouldn’t” eat something?  Do you catch yourself staring at your prepared lunch with dread, completely uninterested in the food you bought this week?  Do you feel like you’ve tried every diet under the sun, but you still don’t feel “healthy”?

You are not alone.  Join Michelle Kabler, Certified Holistic Chef and Food Coach, for a juicy discussion about intuitive eating — what it is, why it’s the single most important tool to feeling alive, and how to do it.  You’ll enjoy healthy homemade snacks, walk away with realistic, easy-to-implement tools that will have you more in tune with your body, and have the opportunity to be coached in real-time by Michelle.

This class will nourish you on many levels.  Trust us and join in — we look forward to helping you!
