This four part Mama In The Makin’ Nutrition Series for pregnancy is designed to provide nutritional information as well as holistic health and wellness resources to women who are thinking of conceiving, are currently trying to conceive or are pregnant at present. While the series was created with these women in mind, I invite anyone to attend these sessions – all are welcome, partners too!

About “Preparing Your Body for Pregnancy”

Pregnancy is one of the greatest joys in life, and diet can play an important role in helping women have a successful and healthy pregnancy. In this informative session, learn about foods that are nourishing, nutrient-dense and play an important role in helping you naturally boost your fertility for healthy conception. We’ll also explore ways to add more movement into your lifestyle and reduce toxins and stress in your environment to help support a healthy and happy pregnancy.


Alexandra Cenname, CHC | Holistic Health Coach

Alexandra is a Certified Health Coach, specializing in personal health coaching for pregnant women as well as those trying to conceive and women postpartum.

She believes in an individualized approach to health and wellness and recognizes that what works best for one client may not work for another. She founded Mama In The Makin’ in 2016 because she believes every woman can have a healthy pregnancy and achieve the birth experience that she wants with the proper education, encouragement and empowerment. Her goal is to support you on your journey and transformation into motherhood with the right tools and resources, support and all the love.
