The more we are aware of the importance of our choices and the sense of accomplishment and control we gain from taking care of our health, the more enjoyable and less stressful your journey to well-being will be. It’s not uncommon to feel alone on life’s journey, especially when it comes to your health & well-being. When faced with a chronic illness or new diagnosis, the feeling of being lost or not knowing where to begin can be overwhelming. Georgianne knows this feeling very well and has made it her life’s mission to help and heal others on their varying paths to wellness.
Starting with a brief poetry reading and meditation, Georgianne will share her struggles with chronic disease and invite others to share theirs as well, in a comfortable and safe environment. Beyond sharing and listening, she will provide you will a simple mantra — the blessing of yessing — and how saying yes to small, manageable opportunities in your life & nutrition are not just feasible, but rewarding and powerful tools to a better well-being.
