The Beet at Ellwood’s
Niki is a Resident in Counseling with a MA/Ed.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from James Madison University. She specializes in helping young adults find meaning and purpose as they face life’s challenges.
Do you worry about things you can’t control?
Are you unsure how to navigate new and ambiguous territory?
Do you desire to find peace in the midst of chaos?
As an emerging adult, you may experience times in which you don’t know what lies ahead. This uncertainty can make you feel anxious and worried. You may be asking yourself when you will finally feel better. It can be hard to manage the multitude of feelings that come up for you as you navigate new territory.
During the workshop, expect to:
- Better understand your worries
- Find healthy and productive ways to manage anxiety
- Explore and navigate the tricky route of this ambiguous time and discover clarity and peace along the way
This class is free, but for preparation purposes, we’d love it if you let us know you’ll be stopping by!
