Liz will lead the group through simple-to-assemble recipes that accommodate a variety of dietary needs for all of your gluten-free, vegan, and omnivorous guests! Ellwood Thompson’s ‘Indulge’ department will suggest the perfect wine-pairing for each dish, with tastings to sample throughout the class!
