Our dietary lifestyle can trigger physiological and chemical changes within our brain that affects how we feel, our behavior and how we respond to situations. In essence, what we eat helps to determine both our physical and emotional well-being. This workshop will help you to understand how food, digestive health, blood sugar management and environmental factors play a role in how you feel, and what changes you can make to have and sustain a healthy mood.
