Description

This experiential presentation will provide participants with two examples of using action methods to increase our perspective about ourselves, our patterns, and what may be holding us back from enjoying greater levels of fulfillment. This is not designed as a group therapy session, but rather an opportunity to become better acquainted with action methods as an effective means of self-exploration and personal growth.
