EFT — simply defined — is a form of energy psychology which utilizes a physical “tapping” action along with verbal and mental imaging to resolve negative emotions and resulting physical ailments. Gentle, simple and effective on a variety of issues, EFT is something you have to “experience” to truly appreciate!
