Meditation is a state of mind… We cannot practice it, but we can learn Concentration techniques & mindfulness.
This class includes sitting postures to sit still to clear the mind.
Instruction and practice of different methods: Breath, Gazing, Sound, Visualization & Walking.
How to create a sacred space at home to develop our own space.
